Kelly Hoff

Hello! I am Kelly Hoff, founder and CEO of Hoff Financial Services, LLC. What started as Hoff Accounting in 1994 offering accounting services around the kitchen table, has grown to three locations offering a complete line of financial services to individuals and businesses.

A graduate of UW Eau Claire, I am also an Enrolled Agent for income tax preparation and a Financial Professional with Cambridge Investment Advisors. My main responsibility is for the firm’s strategic direction and continued growth. I am supported by some of the most passionate, hardworking people in the industry. I feel so honored to lead this amazing HFS Team.

As a self-proclaimed Motivational Junkie, I read everything I can get my hands on about the power of mind, gratitude and attitude is everything. My personal library on the topic is over 200 books. I am a proud farm wife and enjoy the time our family spends together in our little piece of heaven, our farm. Our children grew up with their grandparents right across the road. Now we are blessed to be living in the same environment, our grandchildren live across the field.

My prop is the book, The Go-Giver. A little story about changing the focus from getting to giving. Putting others’ interests first and continually adding value to their lives ultimately leading to unexpected results. Myself and HFS have lived by this mantra for years as it is part of our mission, to Educate, Enhance and Empower those we come in contact with.
