I'm Kelly Hoff, founder of Hoff Financial Services, where we offer a full range of financial services under one roof — right here in Barron. Since 1994, I’ve been passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses find clarity and confidence in their financial journey. At HFS, our mission is to educate, enhance, and empower every person we serve.

Hello! I’m Kelly Hoff — Founder and CEO of Hoff Financial Services, LLC.

What started around my kitchen table in 1994 has grown into a thriving financial services firm rooted right here in the city of Barron. As we continue to expand, I’m proud to offer all of our services under one roof — making it easier than ever to serve individuals, families, and businesses with the support they need, all in one place.

I’m a UW–Eau Claire graduate, an Enrolled Agent for income tax preparation, and a Financial Professional with Cambridge Investment Advisors. I guide the strategic direction and growth of our firm, but I’m supported every day by an incredible team of passionate, hardworking professionals who make it all possible.

As a self-proclaimed “Motivational Junkie,” I’m constantly reading about mindset, gratitude, and the power of perspective — I’ve collected over 200 books on the topic and counting!​

Outside the office, I’m a proud farm wife, deeply grounded in family life. We live on a beautiful piece of land where our children once grew up just across the road from their grandparents — and now, we’re blessed to have our grandchildren living across the field.​

One book that’s shaped both my personal and professional journey is The Go-Giver, a story about shifting focus from getting to giving.
