My Story
Hi, I’m Lisa Zeman, an Insurance Agent with HFS Insurance Agency based in our new Barron office.

I love getting to know my clients on a personal level so I can help them protect what matters most. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide people through the many types of insurance and help them choose coverage that truly fits their lives.

I’ve lived in the Rice Lake area my entire life. I was raised on a dairy farm where my parents still farm today, and growing up there taught me the importance of hard work, honesty, and strong values. These are lessons I carry into every interaction with my clients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family—especially my three adult children. We love visiting state parks, camping, and relaxing at the lake.​

For my prop, I chose a pair of chickadees. As a child, I loved helping my grandparents put out birdseed and watching chickadees gather at the feeder.

Those moments remind me of the love, time, and values my grandparents passed down to me—things I try to reflect in my relationships with clients today.

Working at HFS has been a full-circle moment for me. Over the years, I’ve turned to them for guidance with insurance and tax questions while helping my own clients. Now, I’m proud to be part of the team—where expert support is just down the hall and every client is treated like family.
